Ensure United Synergies operates in accordance with its objectives and the current strategic plan
Ensure the legal compliance of United Synergies Ltd
Oversight and review of operating information to understand at all times the administrative and financial health of the organisation
Determine the financial parameters, indicators and processes required for the Board to accurately monitor the financial health of the organisation
Act to positively influence the public image of United Synergies Ltd
Employ, support and monitor United Synergies' Chief Executive Officer
Set the parameters within which the Chief Executive Officer operates without day-to-day reference to the Board
Monitor the Chief Executive Officer's performance against stated policy and agreed pre-determined parameters, and
Establish a relationship with Management that is empowering, legal and safe.
