Construction trainees – Tait Duke Cottage

The Tait-Duke Community Cottage renovation project in Tewantin runs between July to November 2016 and is offering ten trainees an exciting opportunity to learn while earning a wage!
As a Construction Trainee you work under supervision, while developing skills and abilities to complete competency based training in Certificate I Construction, which can lead to a range of fulfilling career pathways including but not limited to: Construction and Mining Labourer, Trade Apprentice, Construction Hand, Trade Supply (Retail / Hire) Worker.
This Skilling Queenslanders for Work project is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government, along with local project partners the Noosa Council, Rotary Club of Noosa Heads, TAFE Queensland East Coast (RTO) and Hutchinson Builders. All project partners are committed to supporting trainees and making the Traineeship a springboard to other career opportunities.
